I'm Melvina, a creative Atlanta portrait, dance and event photographer with a love for storytelling. My creative journey began with creating images and telling stories through dance. Much like choreographing a dance piece, I love to create images to showcase your personality in a way to tell your narrative through beautiful lines and expressions.

I completely understand the uncertainty and nervousness that can occur when you are asked to stand in from of a camera and "strike a pose". Believe me, I've been in our shoes. Before each portrait bookings, we will have several discussions so that we can get to know each other and make sure I'm a good fit for you. In addition, you can look forward to a personal wardrobe consultation and posing guide to prepare you before you step in front of the camera.
